1. Post Paid Orders (Includes Cash/Card on delivery) - All refunds post-delivery will be adjusted after the product has been picked up and returned to Green Basket .
2. Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking Orders - The amount will be refunded directly into your original form of payment mode.
Please note that for orders placed using Credit Card, Debit Card & Net banking, the refund once processed from Green Basket may take up to 7-14 working days to reflect on your Credit Card or Bank Account.
